General policy
The Medical Dress Code Inc. has a 14-day return policy for store credit. 

All items must be in the original packing with the original tags, unwashed, unworn, and free of any damage (stains, animal fur, makeup, etc).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Process
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@themedicaldresscode.com. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your items are received and evaluated, we can process the store credit. The Medical Dress Code Inc. will not be liable for any missing returns.
